I have created 3 short videos which includes animation, royalty free music and footage from The Gathering's youtube channel.
The animation I made was based around the theme we chose for the event, which was "Space, Pixels, Retro and Eyecandy".
Inspired by this I wanted to create a narrative in my animations. Promo was to show how much content TG had last year and to hype the viewers up, the attentiongrabber is to alert the viewers something is going to happen and creates party mood, while the closing attentiongrabber was to make the viewers touched and excited for next year.
These videos were shown on twitch during the event, and the promo was shown on SoMe as well.
